That same done-for-you approach — understanding the operation first, then building the right system around it — is what shaped Rimach.
Why we started Rimach
Most AI tools are built for tech companies with IT departments. The software is powerful, but it expects someone on your team to set it up, manage it, and keep it running.
Home-service businesses do not have that person. The owner is often the one answering the phone, running the job, and doing the books. Another login and another dashboard is not the help they need.
We built Rimach to be the opposite: a service that runs in the background, handled by us, not another task on the owner's list.
